Elisabetta Minozzi

Supreme Court lawyer specialising in civil, family and international law

Elisabetta Minozzi graduated in law at the University of Genoa in 1992 and she obtained a Phd in European Union Law at the University of Bologna in 2000.

She is specialized in European Union law and competition law, with particular regard to the ports and transport sector. She also has experience both in consulting and in national litigation, as well as in the institutions of the European Union (Commission and Court of Justice) and the national antitrust and regulatory authorities.

She developed specific expertise in consultancy and assistance in favor of clients, or in favor of companies entrusted with public works contracts as regards both the pre-contractual phase (for example: drafting of contracts, special tender specifications, verification / validation of the project and examination of the tender administrative documentation, and the phase following the assignment of the works (the impact of legal/administrative constraints on the executive program of the works, legal framework and consequent management of subcontracts, change in contract work in progress).

She was university professor in International law and European Union law, with particular reference to the issues of market and competition law in the European Union, especially at the University of Genoa and University of Udine, also contributing with several publications on these subjects.
